MIGO posting for asset

Hi

During creation of MIGO for asset we got error " YOU CAN NOT POST TO ASSET IN COMPANY CODE BP01 FISCAL YEAR 2011"

We have copied an existing one asset.Plz tell us the solution.

Hi,

in asset master is linked to your material master through account assignment category "A" and asset no. in PO.

check asset's closing year in t-code-OAAQ

if it is assets closing year is 2009, you have close the year 2009 and try F-90...

Asset accounting fiscal year change using AJRW is required in order to the asset transaction / posting in a fiscal year.
