how to migrate Portal Branding 7.0 par files to Netweaver 7.3

Dear All,

As we know that we can not deploy par files in portal 7.3, the only solution is to migrate par to war, my concern on this topic is: can we migrate our old portal branding par files to war and if yes then how to migrate and deploy the same

i have portal 7.0 portal content and i want to migrate that to 7.3

Can anybody help me doing this? so that i don''t need re-develop the same.
