SBO Mailer error

Hi Experts,

Its very rare id of issue i am facing with SBO Mailer.

Firstly, the Start, pause, stop buttons used to get disabled one the mailer is started(Auto Started)

Secondly only one alert is giving result via email apart from the configured alerts.

Version 8.81 PL 04

OS : server 2003

SQL : 2005 Sql Server.

Kindly help if any one have idea. Thanks in advance.
