Issue Related to GL mapping

Hi,

Pls let me know where I can assign the GL against any wage type??Pls elaborate all the steps.

Also let me know From where I can get the Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account GL mapping against any wage type.as their will be two GL assigned against any wage type.

where can i check that.
