Substitution

Hi Experts,

I have a clarification on Substitution....

We are implementing Negative time Management...

The scenario is if in case of a working day is declared as a holiday (Eg: Local Elections) a holiday is made as working day to compensate (Eg. Saturday is made as working day)...

To handle this situation... Is Substitution the only solution?.. If yes, What has to be done in Substitution (IT 2003).

On the Election day, Create a Holiday and assign this holiday in Holiday calendar and Generate Work Schedules through PT01

For Saturday Create Substitution in IT2003 , U have option of changing DWS in IT2003 (or) u can change DWS in PT02 on Saturday
