I am sorry to ask this question. However I have no other option.
My Technical WT for gratuity /3G1, /3G4 is getting generated.
However let suppose if EE retire after 5 year. than how payment for gratuity has to be done.
If payment has to be done by IT15, than lets suppose I have taken standard WT MPG0 and in IT15 it default the same amount as basic pay 30000 (T539J).
However When I look for the calculation, it pays only 30,000. Same as basic pay. without doing any calculation.
Let me know what to do?
