ME23N document overview, purchase order on hold

Hi,

when in ME23N I open the document overview and select purchase order on hold

system doesn't show me the PO on hold.

I created 10 incomplete purchase orders.

I remember that before I had the button "change breakdown" but now is not visible

Hi,

in me21n u can hold the po in header level beside check symbol.(shift+f4)

if u hold the po you can't receive the goods with reference to the po.in me22n u can give the po no. (i.e.,hold)save it

in document overview you can find selection variant click on that purchase orders on hold

here you can find list of po's hold.

once check yourscreenlayout

Check if the documents are deleted. Also check if you can view them in ME21n/Me22n

Check if the screen layout/screen secquence has been changed.

Hi, Just extend the Side window fully till the half screen, it may be hidden, also there is arrow tab check with it.

YOu can see in ME21N & ME22N,

Go to Document Overview On.

Click on Selection Variant and then go to " Purchase Order on Hold "

YOu will find all hold doc.
