Payment Budget Tcode

Hi

I am using the former budget control. I am upgrade payment budget. But how can i find the payment budget against a particular commintment item or fund ceter.

I am also using the tcode : FMRP_RFFMEP1AX - Budget Utilisation Details to show only commitment items.
