Check for '*' in query results

Does anyone know a way to check for an asterix in a keyfigure result?

I have a keyfigure using document currency and other formula keyfigures using this for calculations. I would like to use the document currency amount in the other formula keyfigures ONLY if the amount is not a sum of multiple currencies (*).

I dont see any formula function available to check this. Is there another way?
