SAP roles

Hi..

how to get below roles in SAP.In our case i have checked with basis person he told this roles are not available in our case

can u tell me why this is so? how to resolve it? We do not have cfolder in SAP.

● SAP_CFX_USER

● SAP_CFX_USRGRP_CREATOR

● SAP_QAP_EXECUTE_FUGR

● SAP_QAP_SHOW_BC
