Wrong Joining Data

Hi,

One of my users have hired an employee on the wrong date instead of hiring the employee on 11/11/2011 he has been hired on 12/11/2011.

Also the Payroll for one period has been run for him and even posting has been done.

How can I change the Hiring date now???

Regards,

Ritika

Firstly go to T-Code PU03 and make the field blank in "Payroll run Upto"

Then go to PT41 and change the entry date and run the payroll and the system will automatically pay one day salary in the form of retro in the next payroll run

    Best Regards,
