Control Indicators For Controlling area(for company Code) do not exist

Hi Masters

please any one help me to solved this error i.e. when i m creating purchase order through ME21N and at the time of save system shows the msg. "Control indicators for conrolling area SS88 do not exist". (My co. code and controlling area Is "SS88" in my practice server at my home).

Hi,

Activate the control indicators in OKKP for the Year of the error.

Also check whether the other indicators are checked.

sir when i was closed the 1 period of the year 2010 through t-code MMPV system shows the error message i.e. specified year 2010 is not your current calender year please help me to solved this issue.

Dear Swapnil Ashtankar

Go to OKKP, select your controlling area and double click on Activate Components / Control Indicators and Activate for the current year. and select cost centers componants are active, & select check box Activity type & select order mgt active , commitmnet magt active,

sir i read u r answer but not useful for me actualy whats happend when i make the p.o. through ME21N that time i filled everything but at the time of save system shows the error msg Control indicators for controlling area -

do not exist, and secound error is specified year 2010 is not youe current calender year and screen comes on vendor name and details so please solve my issue please
