reporting requirement

Hi Experts,

i need to genatrate report on turn around time of production my mm consultant given idea that time of goods issue can be calculated with following way. to calculate Date of Goods Issue to Order Pass AUFNR to MSEG - 261

Sort Goods issue Mvt. Type 261 w.r.t. date and take the first date

now iam worried about how to pass the values & i should pass the values at the time of query execution or at the time of loading.

can any body help me
