Unplanned Depreciation

Hi All,

We have posted Unplanned depreciation for Jan-Dec 2011... The depreciation amount is correct..

When we see the Depreciation Account in FBL3N there is No entries visible, No balance also.

But when we see the same GL in FS10N we are able to see the entries and the correct balance....

Can anybody guide me in this matter?

Dear RAJAN,

Please ask the Basis guy to check for any object missing in the FBL3n for that user.

Check in FBL3N any filters applied in your layout (CtrlShiftF)

You can check at Menu--Edit-Set Filter(or Delete filter) and save in your layout

Hi

1. Check if your Depreciation GL account has line item display enabled in FS00 -> control data tab.

2. If its enabled and still balance is not coming in FBL3n, check your layout there.

Hi,

I have never come up with this issue.. But I think you need to change the parameter used for executing FBL3N.

Go to the accounting document and check for the date and try executing FBL3N with the same date and try selecting all the options of open, cleared and etc.
