Bex broadcaster just for precalculate workbooks

Hi gurus,

We just installed BEX broadcaster in a new server and I have a couple of doubts.

First of all, I don't want BEX broadcaster to send mails attaching queries or to send that queries to the portal. I just want to precalculate a few workbooks at night with BEX broadcaster, allowing users to see their results faster in the morning, because those workbooks are so heavy, and they take a very long time to show results.

So, I just want to precalculate that workbooks for having them on cache, and allow users to acces to those workbooks whenever they want. Of course, i will schedule that precalculation after process chains in order to ensure data.

How can I do this?
