Single File Upload

Hi, I'm working with Developer Studio and I made a J2EE application. Is there a way to upload a single file on the J2EE Engine ? Unfortunately there was a lot of time to deploy a complete EAR (until 10 minutes) and I'm looking for a solution to deploy only a modified file (jsp).
