Error at source system

we go ant error in datasource in r3 side in source system. As a support person do we have authorisation to rectify it or make changes for the datasource in r3 side.

Hi,

Please use T Code RSA6 and search for your DataSource.

Click on edit button. If it is allowing to edit, you have authorization.

If no, it will show message that you are not authorized to make changes to the object.

Then go to SU53 and give the screenshot to Security team and ask them to provide authorizations to make changes.

Hi,

Just check following points

1. What error you are getting

2. Is it authorisation check SU53 screen shot

3. Check SM59 for connection and authorisation test for source system

4. Check BW Connection with source system

5. check WE20 for IDOC flow and input/output port def

6. check ALEREMOTE password
