Cr. Payable s PCA 2 3000

Cr. Payable s PCA 3 3000

And in the second step when posting the clearing document to post the cjeck

Dr. Payable s PCA 1 400

Payable s PCA 2 800

Payable s PCA 3 800

While all i need to clear only on profit center (PCA 1)

Why system split the other profit center????!!

    Hi Expert,

You need to provide profit center-1 manually to the bank account, at the time of posting..

It will split the document accordingly....

      Hi

      Thanks for your quick replay:

Actually i already assigned the bank account with the profit center PCA1, so the system should clear the only line that have the same profit center not to split the other lines

So my question is why the system behave like this??
