Unable to run offcycle for an employee

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem to run an offcycle payroll run for an exited employee.

An employee left the company on 30 th Oct.

Now we try to run offcycle for him on 15 th Dec 2011,but it s not even selecting the employee when we check the log.

Where could be the problem.

We checked the payroll status and is not locked.

We maintained the details for offcycle payments in 0267 IT and 0015 IT as well for this particular date.

Please advice me to resolve the problem.

Regards,

Sairam.

I employee is terminated in 30.10.2011 so we cannot run payroll for him.

f you want the employee to be picked in Off Cycle payroll go to PU03 and give the personnel number and there u can a filed "Run Payroll Upto" give there this 31.12.2011 and simulate and then pay through Off Cycle

    Kindly test it and update
