Summary Not correct

Dear all expert,

I had a CR which the summary field is not correct. The report is developed base on a transactional tables. I created some formula to do some simple converting such as totext and tonumber. But when I try to summarized by count or sum for those fields, the summarized was incorrect.

I do some filtering and select the latest data using

Let say we manually count that the summary was 4000, but the summarized of that particular field is actually returning me 4250 or etc.

Kindly please advice.
