Setps for setting up HR mini master

Hi,

can anyone help me with the basic configuration nodes for HR to set up HR mini master. I just need to upload basic HR mini master data.

Hi,

Why do you need a mini HR database on the work order? Do you need to track individual operation?

Hi,

As far as I understand, there is no seperate configuration for this.

The records are uploaded/maintained like that of a regular employee.

T Code is PA40. But before creating the record, please collect all HR relevant data like date of joining, language, Personnel Area, Employee Group etc., (which are required in PA40).

May be an HR consultant in you team will be able to help you on the data that wolud be required to create this.

For one client we created personal number with only first and last names for technicians/supervisors. We used dummy data for all other SAP standard fields. This worked fine for basic integration between HR and PM functions such as time entry and planning technicianu2019s work.
