Payroll Period different from Calendar month

We have situation where-as payroll period is from 20th to 21st in a month. The financial posting period is the same as calendar period. The concern is; during fiscal year-end (which is 31st March); it will be required to account for the total March Salaries. Since salaries will be paid and accounted for only up to 20th of March. As at 31st March it will be required to make a provision for the remaining days.

As a Finance consultant what I can think of is to make a manual provisional entry. Is there and other suggestions other than a manual entry?

Passing of manual entries are the solutions, through this we are booking expense and liability completely for a Financial year.
