Dear All,
in Infotype 0001 Organization assignment, there is a column Contract in personal structure screen. Can you pls tellme where to configure it in IMG??
If i configure this contract type as "hourly paid" for permanent employees will there be any change in the working time schedule.
Thank you for your time.
Thanks
Sambal
Hi,
Please find the configuration node:
Personnel Administration>Organizational Data>Organizational Assignment>External Organizational Assignment>Maintain external work contract.
Or table name "V_T542A"

Thank you for your response.
in IMG it is mentioned as external work contract. Suppose, if the internal employee works at external client place on a contractual term, do we have to configure it in 0001 contract??
1) is there any possibility to change his working time as per the clients time for a specific period of contract?? If there is any how can we do it??
2) is there any possibility to change his pay as per the clients payment for a specific period of contract?? If there is any how can we do it??
Thanks
Sambal
I dont think we can use this work contract for this purpose
1)Create a sperate work schedule rule and assign this to the employee in IT0007 and Create a Substitution IT2003 based on Work schedule rule.
2)Pay the regular pay to the Employee in IT0008 and pay the extra amount through IT0014 for that specific periods
Best Regards,
Go to V_T542A table and u can configure
