Not able to delete a record

Hi All,

I have been facing difficulty in deleting a record in MDM client.

The record is protected and it is in workflow soi tried to unprotect the record but the option is grayed out. then i checked

workflow of users and did not find it in any users workflow so i deleted the workflows but yet i am not able to delete the record.

Please help.
