    Hi,

For this kind of restriction you config the Release strategy for you PO in such a way that make the changability option and cannot be changed in below path.

Materials Management-Purchasing-Purchase Order-Release Procedure for Purchase Orders-Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders-Release indicator-make changability as option 1 which is cannot be changed.

This way you can restrict you PO from further changes.

    Thanks

    HI,

There are two possible solution for you

    1) Don't allow authorization of t-code ME22N to user ,if you don't want change in PO,so no one can change it,this can be achieve with help of BASIS consultant

    2) You can apply release strategy configuration in such way that once PO create no one can change it

for more info on release strategy check following link

    hi,

in standard their is no that facility for normal p.o but you can restrict that at enduser level don't give that authorization to that enduser for this you have to consult your basis person.

other wise you have to restrict through relese startgy for p.o

for configration of relese startgy go through this link
