How can Define Rules for Variants under Daily Work Schedules?

Dear all,

I have a problem is that:

I have DWS which has a work time form Monday to Friday employees work from 8am to 5pm form Monday to Friday and on Saturday employees work half of the time from 8am to 12 am. My problem is on Saturday, if employees take a leave from, the Absence quotas will deduct is 1 day, instead of 0,5 day.

So Please help me to define DWS variants or DWS to solve this my problem.

    Hi,

    In T556C u2013 Define counting rule under Counting tab quota multipiler give 50% and V_556R_B u2013 Define Deduction Rule for Absence quota under absence quota tab put checkmark on hours and run 2001 and see.

    Note: Take absence type as halfday type seperately and do it. If you want to calculate halfday absence.
