Customer Master SD Archiving with FI_ACCRECV - populate name

We are working on archiving the Customer Master using object FI_ACCRECV. In the infostructure for the SD data, we want to include the customer name, and found that Name from KNA1 table is included in the field catalog SAP_FI_ACCREC_2. I can't see any changes to this in our system, so I think this is SAP standard.

But when we run the archiving for just the SD side of the customer master, although our infostructure is populated with the Sales Org data, the field NAME, that came from KNA1 (central customer data) is blank. We see that only tables KNVV and KNVP listed as having been archived (as we look from the infrostructure), and that seems correct. But we are not sure why the name field is blank, when it seems like it should populate from the central data, even though that is not being deleted.

Has anyone had this problem? Do you know how to fix it ?
