Will "Upload Objects - Text Objects" overwrite existing entries +table name

Hi GRC Experts,

I read in the forum that to get the most recent snapshot of your backend systems regarding tcode descriptions and SU24 entries you would have to down / upload /VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_DESC file. If I do this in the Configuration tab in RAR, will it completely overwrite existing entries in GRC or append? - I am just missing one custom tcode and do not want to change everything just for this.

Also, in what GRC backend table is the information "source backend system tcode and tcodetext" stored? Could I look this up in SE16 on the GRC side backend?
