Fill Set up tables

Hi Experts,

We have some statistical update programs like transactions:

OL17 (for S260)

OL18 (for S261)

OL19 (for S262)

Where can I find the list of all these?

Table RSSGTPDIR contains the name of the programs for SAP load program.Is these programs are same?

Please let me know if I need to follow some special defined procedure for filling Set up tables.

I have an idea of steps that needs to be done before doing this.
