Collections Management - Basic questions

Hi Experts,

I was wondering if somebody can answer few basic questions i have on collections management.

1. In real world, in production environment, how often do wen run tcode

A. FDM_COLL_SEND01 (Distribution of Data to Collections Management

B. UDM_GENWL (Creation of Worklists)

2. Each time when i distribute data to collections management do I need to generate the worklist?

there is no magic answer to this question.

The AR transfer program is normally run once a day, however some customers might run this once a week as they have weekly tasks and large lists to work through

If you are running the transfer program, you need to run the create worklist program.

You could also run the worklist program more than once a day or week.

So to answer your question there is a Many to 1 relationship with the worklist creation being Many to the AR Transfer being 1.
