Flat amount contribution for 401k plans

Hi Gurus,

I have an issue wherein I want to configure the system so that the 401k plans won't consider the non pensionable earnings while taking out the Flat amount EE contribution. It should only take the contribution out of /102 like the percentage contributions work.

I understand that we can use the User Exit PBEN0028 for this, along with a deduction model, but not sure how it works.

Can you help me in setting up the system using this user exit?

Any help is highly appreciated as this is a very urgent issue.

I have received a guidance from SAP, that includes the below configuration (In addition to couple of other steps) in their words.

"Configure Deduction model or /1xy (cumulation class) for technical

wage type such that it would be zero when special wage type exits"

Can anybody help me in understanding this and guide me how to do this?
