issue while creating initial load from crm to r/3

when iam trying to initial load (bupa_main : object) from ecc to crm . It has processed successfully . But my problem is i am try

ing to initial load from crm to ecc . we got this description (Written to qRFC Queue (intermediate state) ) in the sw01 tcode in crm.

I am new to this . any prerequisites for regarding this initial load from crm to ecc .

can any one send related documents to me.
