    Dear Ganesh,

Do you mean you need to give different users with different authorizations in the same database or you want split it to more dbs?

    Thanks,

    Gordon

    Hi Mahajan,

you cannot set " north region sales executive does not able to read and update sales order as well as business partner of other region" in sap based on business partner property.

you can try by define authorization for users not able to update sales order.

    thanks,

    Hi,

Restricting sales order can be done by document ownership settings.

    Hello,

You should try data ownership Authorization for such type of configuration.

here you set Full Authorization,Read Only and No Authorization for your department employee.

    Thanks
