PA - I have hired and employee and I need to execute his Seperation action

I have hired and employee and I need to execute his Seperation action on the same day he is hired.

How do i Do that .

I know that Hiring action and Seperation actions can not be executed on the same day .

But it is required for me to do the same How do I do it ?

    We cannot do hiring and separate action on the same day.No Chance

    Hello,

    By separation you meant the leaving action ? If so you can make the leaving action the day after the hiring, and on the leaving action day, you can create an unpaid absence...

    Hi,

    It cannot be processed on the same day for hiring and separation actions..
