We have CRM 4.0 50.2 business package installed on Portals.
1) I am trying to customize SAP delivered BSP application like CRMM_ACCOUNT for business partners. I am trying to include few more fields via CRM designer or BLUEPRINT tables. Do I need to modify the controller logic and model access logic with respect to added fields or it will work automatically?
2) If I want to add another TAB in Object data pattern (Screen position 3), can I use SAP delivered events? for this what modifications I have to do in Controller and Model access classes?
I am waiting for your valueble suggestions, I read the UI book, still I have some more questions wondering in my mind, so I resort to experts ideas to make clear understanding of the pros and cons of the application development.
