I am working on Payroll-India project. The customer has offices in various cities across the country. The issue is there is no well-defined salary structure, which I can base on Pay scale type, pay scale area, pay scale group & level. Even though every employee is assigned a employee grade, the pay structure is not based on that. The BASIC for each employee is discretion-based and there is no logic or structure for that. However, many computation of many other wage types depend on BASIC.
In this scenario, is it suggested to have just one dummy pay scale area, type, group, level & ESG for CAP to create the allowance grouping? Please suggest.
