Tolerance for Services

Hi,

Is there a way to set a tolerance for a service quantity when raising servicing service PRs or POs (using a GL account) so that when using t-code ML81N, I can actually receive more than the ordered quantity?

Hi,

"Unlimited Overfulfillment" will have no upper limit and someone could receive large amount (and therefore, leading to higher accounts payables for that vendor).

I want tolerance to be a percentage of the ordered quantity (of a service PR) and receiving more than should not be allowed.

Can I use service master to set qty based tolerances?

hi

u can receive more quantities than PO quantity at ME81l, u have to flag the Unlimited Overfulfillment field at ITEM LEVEL service tab of ur Purchase order...
