Joining & Termination Dates in PCR

Dear experts;

I'm writing a PCR and want to compare something by the joining and leaving date.

So can you help me know how to write the code of the joining and leaving dates?

Appreciating your cooperation.

Best Regards;

Lobna

    Hi,

    Maintain joing date and retirement/ saperation date in IT0041.

    For time management: read documenation HRS=YXXXX,

    For Payroll: Read document AMT=Faaesb

    to compare to dates or completed years/Days/Months

    • 2- If the employee joined and left in different months, for example J.D 01.12.2011 & L.D 31.01.2012

      He'll get a social insurance deduction

      3- If the employee joined and left in the mid of another month, for example J.D 01.12.2011 & L.D 15.01.2011

      He won't get a social insurance deduction
