Hi Experts,
In Supplier Self Registration page after clicking on send - SUS shows the error message "Sending of questionnaire to prospect failed " in the popup. We are in SRM 701. Please advice on the required configuration to be done to enable the system to send the questionnaire.
Secondly how will the suppliers send back the responses to the systems? Does it need any specific configuration as well.

Are you getting this popup in the initial registration form which the vendor fills up?
Once the supplier selects the product categories in the registration form, he will be mailed the URL link for each questionnaire and once he has filled these up, the purchaser in SRM will be able to view his response.

Thanks for your response & the previous popup issue is solved.
Now the registration gets successful. Supplier gets the email with the URL link.
When I open the URL link, system asks me the username and password. Normally the suppliers before approval don't have the username and password.
Please advice what is the problem? How will the suppliers be able to submit the responses without having any logon to the systems.

To avoid this Pop-Up could you please check your settings in the transaction SICF for ICF-Service 'PUBLIC' as follows:
Default_host -> sap -> bc -> bsp -> sap -> public.
ICF-Service 'PUBLIC' should use logon Procedure as 'Required with Logon Data' as well as have valid logon data entered.
