NW 7.0 JVM parameters value calculation

Hi,

I have installed Portal 7.0 on Linux +Oracle.

Available memory is 8GB

I would not want to let the system face performance issue.

Could you please guide me for calculating and assigning the Heap mem size to dispatcher and server node JVM parameters.
