Release indicator and release status have blank values (ME22N)

Hi Experts,

When changing an existing purchase order or when creating a new purchase order, the release indicator and the release status have blank value. So PO cannot be released.

I want to Release the POs and the field EKKO-FRGRL should be 'X'.

i want the release indicator and release stauts should have some values.

could you please suggest me.what steps i should follow to fix the issue.

Hi,

Person who is assigned to the release code can only release the PO. Go to ME28 to release PO. Check document below.

when i execute the ME28.the POs are not displayed in output list.that means the POs are not existed there.

what steps I should follow ,if i want to see the POs in ME28.

Steps are there in the document attached! Click on the link provided. Also check if PO is relevant for release procedure. You will see details on the header area because PO`s are always released on overall basis.
