Non Visibility of Transactions to User on CRM UI

One user is not able to search or find his created activities , oppty in UI but it is visible in CRM Production in GUI ,which is common login for when i search activity ,oppty in crmd_order against tht user in GUI it shows

WHat could be the reason ,

Plse reply poitns will be rewarded

It could be that this user doesn't have the sufficient authorization assigned to his profile.

You can check the required authorization profile.

Other reason could be the ACE implementation.Do you have the ACE implementation ON in your server?

Yes We do implemented ACE

User id is sharing and this user is directly assigned to iid ,Do i need to chck with other users who are sharing same user id

BTW - This user was not directly assigned tht time he created these transactions NOw he is directly assigned to user id and he is not able to see his transactions

Hi Amit

Then the problem should be with the ACE implementation.Please check the the ACE rules in the system

for the Opportunity Object Type and analyze the runtime data under ACE.
