Compaitibility - PI 7.3 with SLD 7.1 ehp 1

We have PI NW 7.1 EHP 1 system existing in our existing landscape . For business purpose we are having one more PI instance as PI 7.3 .

Here in our case the central SLD is PI 7.1 EHP1 .. and PI 7.3 we are planning to have it as a local SLD. we are planning to tranfer the SLD data from PI 7.1 to the PI 7.3.

Here the question is

1. Can PI 7.3 SLD be linked (via sld bridge - automatic synchronization ) to PI 7.1 EHP1 SLD ?

2. what are the other things that needs to be care with respect to the compatibility
