Hi friends,

I have a scenario. finished product has 6 operations and 2 and 4 are having MIC(assume quanity=100).

now i confirm in 2nd operations, 100 as yield. now during result recording, if 20 are found defects, a valuation screen pop up

1) should i enter 80 yield and 20 scrap.

2) now when i confirm for 3 operation, by default i am getting yield as 180 (instead of 80) . How to control the qty here.

3) also during rr after 4th operation, i am not getting the valuation screen.

hi,

exactly, u need to confirm 80 for operation 2nd , when u r moving to operation 4 for ur confirmation system correctly ask for 180, 80 of 2nd and 100 for 4th operation u need to confirm the qty, in ur valuation screen.

1, 3 5 are the phases not the operations.

Check ur sampling procedure and its valuation type against 4th operation based MIC's.
