Dynamic Action Configuration for IT 0185 (Dynamic Actions are required glob

Hi Gurus,

I am new to SDN

Pls help me on this scenario. I hv to configure dynamic action for the following scenario:

Dynamic Actions are required globally during the New Hire and Rehire process to populate the Global ID in IT0185 Subtype Z0. When a rehire is being performed, when new hire is being used as part of country reassignment, the Dynamic action should check the Global ID of the existing record and use the Z0 record if one is populated, before selecting the current SAP number in its absence.

need to configure this dynamic action as well

During the New hire action IT0395 should be populated with the Personnel Area from IT0001.

Please help me its very urgent

Hi,

During the New hire action IT0395 should be populated with the Personnel Area from IT0001

0001 0 Default IN0395 if IT0001 with PA xxxx

0001 04 1 P T001P-MOLGA='XX'

0001 04 2 P P0001-WERKS, ,WERKS = XXXX,

0001 04 3 I P0395 ,,,,(P0001-BEGDA)

0001 04 4 W P0395="xxxx"

Experts Let me know If my suggestion is mismatch.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I followed the config suggested by you, I am not able to see personnel area in 0395.

My requirement is

During the New hire action IT0395 should be populated with the Personnel Area from IT0001.

Pls help me on this matter, its very urgent requirment
