I have an issue here that the transmittal sheet of check request doc cannot be link automatically. Here's how our process works.
When the check request is posted, their is a workflow involve that it will wait for the scanned/archive transmittal sheet to be attached. The transmittal sheet are send to scanner. Once its in the scanner, one of the members will archived the transmittal sheet then will be stored in a separate server not on SAP and this should automatically attached the scanned transmittal sheet.
We use the referrence key field of document and the name of the archived transmittal sheet as linking bridge so that the scanned transmittal can be seen on attachments list of the check request.
We use LinkArchive to view the attached scanned transmittal sheet of check request. This is automatically launch when you hit 'display' button.
Even when we manually attached the scanned transmittal sheet in the check request doc, the workflow does not change and don't proceed to the next work item this makes our payment delay.
Is their any settings that we are missing here? I don't know where to look at this kind of issue. I hope you could help me out in solving this problem.
