transport organizer

hi i am having cubes and dso's and InfoObject and all for the sample project,can you tell me the procedure to transport them to quality server to test with dummy data,i don't know the procedure and order and what will be the parent and child,all will have means InfoCube and dso and infoobj will have different transport request? please tell me the steps to it
