Expert database of Crystal report didn't show B1 table on Lists

Dear all,

I've problem on Crystal report. On screen of expert database, there is no B1 table in the hierarchy tree and also no 'Add-In' menu as well. How to solve this problem. My SBO versin is 8.81 PL 5 and Crystal report 2008

have you followed the installation checklist from the Administrator Guide? if not here is the checklist for the installation

Installation Checklist

To perform a correct and complete installation, do the following:

...

1. Install the Crystal Reports version for SAP Business One.

2. Install Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, or 2008 R2.

3. Install the SAP Business One server tools.

4. Install the SAP Business One server components.

5. Install the SAP Business One client application on workstations.

6. Install optional components (add-ons, SDK).

7. Install integration component for SAP Business One.
