SAP Transport Layer on Dev Class

I recently needed to change the transport layer on a Package, due to current setup always doing a local transport. I changed the transport layer to one which will default to workbench request. It still didn't work. So i reverted back the transport layer to original settng. Now nothing works. When i create an object in the dev class it asks to create workbench request, but when saving it says 'Transport objects from package xxxx to target xxxx Only'.

Detailed message says :

Message no. TK306

Diagnosis

The Workbench request xxxxxxxxx has the target . However, the transport routes are configured in your SAP System such that objects from package xxxxxxx with Workbench requests from this SAP System can only be transported to the target xxxxxxx.

System Response

The function terminates.

Procedure

You have the following options:

Change the target of the change request to xxxx

If you want to transport objects from package xxxxxxx once to the SAP System without changing the configuration of the transport routes, then proceed as follows:

a) Create a transport of copies in the extended view of the Transport Organizer (Transaction SE01).

b) To include the required objects in the request, choose Request/task -> Object list -> Include objects... in the request overview.

If you want objects from package xxxxxxx to be transported to the target generally, contact your transport administrator. In this case, the configuration of the transport routes needs to be corrected with the Transport Management System (TMS). For details, refer to the documentation on the Transport Management System.

I am at a lost to know what to do, and this Urgent.

Any help Much Much appreciated!!!!!

    Dear Hansella,

Please note that TK306 should be due to that the transport request you specified for storing the changes has a

different target system setting compared to the transport route target if the transport layer assigned to the package which contained this changed object. Please review the long text of TK306, which should be like as follows:
