PO print preview is visible only in spool

Hello Team,

When I am trying to check the PO print preview it goes and sit in the spool. The preview is not visible at po screen.

But it successfully takes the message type and out put the message.

I checked all the settings in the NACE transaction and unfortunately there isn't any configuration that really controls the preview of the PO document. I could able to display the message in me9f or in the spool.

The current output type I am trying is the ZNE4 (output type).So I checked with NEU output type and unfortunately I end up with the same result i.e. when I check print preview it go and sit in the spool.

Please pull me out from the situation guys,

Hi,

when you try to check in po print preview it is not diaplaying, then immediately go for next screen and enter the t-code SU53 you can find the fields for authorization, take the screen shot and inform to your basis team and get the authorization
